Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel through your Stripe billing portal before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
What exactly is included in the programming?
Nathan writes your full weekly plan — sprint sessions, strength work, rest days. It's based on your sport, your current numbers, and where you are in your season. Not a template. Not a PDF. A real program.
Who is DrivePhase for?
Athletes who are serious about getting faster and stronger — football, basketball, soccer, and track athletes who want 1-on-1 remote coaching. This is not for people looking for a workout app.
How does async DM support work?
You message Nathan directly. He answers. Typical response time is same-day. If you have a question about a drill, a technique, your numbers — ask. That's what the DM is for.
What's the video analysis process?
You film yourself — sprint, lift, whatever Nathan requests. You share it. Nathan reviews and gives you specific, actionable feedback on mechanics. Core athletes get 2 reviews per month.
Do I need equipment?
Access to a track or turf space for sprints, and a gym for strength work. Nathan programs around what you have. If you're limited on equipment, tell him in your intake form.
How does faith fit into DrivePhase?
Discipline and faith are two of Nathan's four pillars. You don't have to share his beliefs to train with him — but he coaches the whole athlete, not just the body. Expect a coach who's invested in who you are, not just your splits.
